Pakistan's Pioneer in International Dispute Resolution
Established in April 2015, CIICA is Pakistan's first international arbitration center and the only SECP-registered ADR institution under Pakistan's new ADR laws. We began offering domestic and international arbitration services in May 2016.
CIICA has been actively building capacity among law students, lawyers, engineers, and commercial court judges. Our establishment was imperative given Pakistan's involvement in proceedings before ICSID and ICC tribunals.
